THIS MONTH’S FOCUS: WORK PLAN DEVELOPMENT


Session No. 1 Center Model and Framework Refinement
Please review the planning schedule outlined for the next 4 weeks and let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Next, review the Center’s proposal specifically sections that describe how the Center will use the reproductive justice (RJ) lens to advance reproductive health equity. Next, take a look at the SWOT Analysis Tool and begin to think about the questions listed as they relate to your desired plans to use the RJ lens. Jot down your responses and any additional questions that these questions generate. Nothing is off limits. Let’s bring all of our thoughts and ideas to the table and sort them together.

Session No. 2 Stakeholder Engagement & Management
Design a process for engaging key stakeholders in the planning process. In this session we will plan report back meetings with stakeholders, a process for soliciting and summarizing their feedback, and map our future funder pitch meetings.

Session No. 3 Communication & Development
Draft and design communications documents for ongoing Center planning and development. In this session we will review and revise slide deck outlines, decide on core functions and features of CRM and set criteria for funding opportunity search.

Session No. 4 Work Plan Review
Review and revise UT Health Center for Reproductive Health Equity work plan.
